Start of Term...

 We look forward to working with all new and returning students this term. 

First week of Study and Online sessions begins today - Jan 31st!!

Module One students - those just enrolling on Module ACI 3611 this term you have a session with Pedro at 5.30pm (UK) Wednesday Feb 2nd. Please note this is 30mins later than the published time in the schedule. 

You will find the links for your sessions on zoom each week in the Zoom Links folder at the top of your BAPP ACI Programme Page on MyUnihub. 

Recordings of sessions will be uploaded into the folder marked Zoom Recordings on the same page on MyUniHub, you do not need to look anywhere else for your course materials and classes. 

Please do set up and post your first blog this week introducing yourself to others in the BAPP community - please send your blog address to Teresa Skamletz, our Graduate assistant in Dance/Arts faculty

She will upload your blog address to unihub at the end of the week so you will be able to find each other there easily and connect.

Welcome Week Jan 24, 2022

Welcome to all new students starting on the 

BA Professional Practice Arts & Creative Industries programme this term!

We have our Induction session Monday Jan 24, 1800 (UK) - returning students you are welcome to attend and say hi, welcome new students if you're free also..

We will overview the week and the schedule of other sessions then. 

 

You should all have your UniHub login details - Go to our BAPP ACI Programme Page and download your Schedule for the term, Programme Handbook and Module Handbook - the first module of study for term 1 is ACI 3611.  

In the GAA folder you will find details for our Graduate Academic Assistant Teresa Skamletz and the sessions she is offering to help you navigate your way around UniHub

You will receive an email by the end of our Welcome Week - By Friday Jan 28 letting you know who your Supervisior will be this term and how to contact them - you hava chance to meet all the Programme Team on Friday also at 1600 (UK).

New Term Jan 2022

 A few notes for clarity of this between-term period:

 

All work submitted in December is currently in the process of being marked, moderated and viewed by our External Examiners throughout this month. Please note that supervisors may not respond to emails as quickly during this time.

Finalists - Congratulations to all on the presentations of your research and BAPP journeys last week! You will receive your grade for Module 3 at the end of February and your overall finalist degree classification (1st, 2:1, 2:2, 3rd) the following week. You should contact the graduation office at Mdx for details, dates and format of graduation, not your supervisor.

Returning students you will receive feedback on your work from your supervisor via email on Jan 31. Your grades will be published on UniHub by the end of February.

Our new term begins on Jan 31st and runs for 12 weeks - submission of work for this term for all modules is May 6th 2022.

Your schedule of sessions, dates for drafts, final submission dates etc are all available on UniHub for you now - Please do diarise for yourselves and make every effort to attend sessions throughout the term. 

Your updated Module Handbooks will be available on Unihub from Monday Jan 24 - please use this week to familiarise yourself with the module you will be undertaking this term.

Your supervisor will remain the same as last term.
